YFT-Z沉水式液壓閥門試驗臺 閥門檢測設備的詳細信息

技術性能與特點：

1. 沉水式液壓閥門試驗臺由操作控制臺和夾緊裝置兩部分組成，夾緊裝置可整體潛入水(shui)中，由液壓系統控制其升降。

2. 適用于對法蘭(lan)連接形式(shi)閥門進行強度、密封和上密封性能的試驗。

3. 采用夾(jia)緊(jin)爪(zhua)抱壓法蘭(lan)方式壓緊，對被試驗閥門無外力(li)影響，因此符合GB/T13927-92,JB/T9092-99及API598所規定(ding)的(de)要求。

4. 左、右夾緊盤都可進(jin)行90度翻轉，便于對閥門進行性能試驗。

5. 試驗(yan)介質可(ke)由水，氣或者煤油，由客戶(hu)自選(xuan)。

6. 已配置高、低壓水泵及增壓系統，可直接進行水壓試驗。預留(liu)一個氣泵接口，如采用氣為介質則氣泵需用戶自配。

7. 試(shi)驗(yan)臺(tai)用水及油等試(shi)驗(yan)介質可循環使用。

8. 設(she)有液壓自動卸荷系統，使(shi)用時，高(gao)壓狀態與卸荷狀態自動切(qie)換，有效降低了油溫，延長設備使用壽命。

9. 另有觸摸屏控制、顯示和打印測試壓力系統可選配。

Technical performance and feature:

1. YFT-Z serie has two parts: control part and clamp part(water tank). The whole claws clamp part can be submerged under water, it is controlled by hydraulic system.
2. YFT-Z serie hydraulic valve test bench suitable for flange valve’s shell test, seal test and back seal test.
3. Using clamp to hold the flange, so there’s no external force effects on the test valve. It’s accord with the equirements of GB/T13927-92,JB/T9092-99 and API598.
4. Left and right workbench both can turn over 90 degrees, for the convenience of carrying valve and seal test.
5. Test medium can be choosing by user, water, air or kerosene.
6. Test bench has low pressure water pump and water booster. There is an air connection reserved for air pump.
7. Water and hydraulic oil cycle use.
8. The test bench has an automatic oil pressure discharge system. When using it, the high pressure condition and the relief pressure condition can be changed by itself. So it can reduce oil temperature, elongate life of test bench.
9. PLC control, touch screen display pressure diagram and printer system is optional.
